We collectively have over 50 years’ experience working in senior professional roles for large regional main contractors. Previous roles include: setting-out engineering, site management, contracts management, estimating, quantity surveying, framework and bid management and pre-construction management.
The earlier the better. We can provide maximum value when involved from the initial concept stage, helping assess project viability, secure financing, and optimise designs before significant costs are incurred. However, we can also join projects at any stage, including after planning permission has been granted or when you're ready to begin construction.
We primarily operate throughout Lincolnshire and surrounding counties, including Nottinghamshire. Our established network of reliable sub-contractors and suppliers across this region allows us to maintain efficient project delivery and close site supervision. For larger projects, we can consider locations further afield.
Yes, we have established relationships with experienced architects, planning consultants, and other design professionals. We can either work with your existing design team or help assemble and coordinate the right professionals for your project. Our understanding of construction costs and buildability allows us to guide the design process to optimize both quality and cost-effectiveness.
Yes, we have established relationships with various development finance providers who specialise in different types of lending. We can produce cost reports in the correct format for lender requirements and can connect you with suitable finance partners early in the process. This early engagement helps shape your scheme to meet lender requirements and secure a Decision in Principle (DIP).
While you retain ultimate control as the client, our comprehensive project management service means you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you prefer. We handle everything from tender management and quantity surveying to sub-contractor coordination and health & safety compliance. You'll receive regular updates and only need to make key decisions at strategic points.
Possibly. We have worked at several small to large main contractors in Lincolnshire, including: Sword Construction, Clark Construction, Havercroft Construction and Gelder Group. Most recently we all worked together at Lindum Group. Ben was the Managing Estimator, Matt the Group Framework Manager and Jay a Senior Estimator & Quantity Surveyor.
We were initially. Inspired by our own personal self-build projects we set out on a mission to help and support self-builders and whilst that is sill something we are passionate about, we have chosen to broaden our offer to include consultancy and construction in the commercial sector.
