We were asked to help evaluate 3 main-contractor quotations

The client had already purchased the land, completed design and planning and was using a turn-key build package. The client had worked with their architect to send out 3 enquiries to local, reputable main-contractors but was struggling to understand which one had returned the best value tender price. Each contractor had priced it differently and had each made lots of their own qualifications, assumptions and exclusions.

We used our industry expertise and quote comparison templates to produce a tender report that showed which main-contractor had actually produced the most accurate, least risky, best value price for completing the project. We helped the client understand who had priced what and who had taken the appropriate time to understand the design of the project and assign adequate resources and processes to successfully complete the build in time and budget.
